Nissan booked a narrow operating profit of 58.0 billion yen ($367.60 million) for the year ending March 2026 on Wednesday, benefiting from a one-off boost tied to U.S. emissions regulations and improved cost performance.
The result for the full business year compared with a median estimate of a 60 billion yen loss in a survey of 17 analysts by LSEG and 69.8 billion yen profit in the same period a year earlier.
