Jaguar Land Rover has temporarily halted production on some of its car lines at its Solihull plant in Britain, citing a parts issue involving a supplier, the Tata Motors-owned automaker said on Thursday.
The pause will last for less than two weeks, as the period includes a pre-scheduled shutdown for the Easter holidays.
The Financial Times earlier reported that the company told suppliers it would halt production of Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models, until April 8, which includes the scheduled five-day shutdown for the Easter weekend.
